The price includes:

Weekly or multi-week stay in the chosen structure with all the required comforts;

towels;

bedding;

final cleaning. (as long as the buildings are left in fair condition)

electricity and gas (within the limits of normal consumption)

NB, the price does not include the municipal tourist tax of € 1.00 per day up to a maximum of € 5.00 per person for the entire holiday.

Nb. any damage to property and structure will be charged directly to the holder of the tourist rental contract
